Full job description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant / Sales Executive to join our team and support the sales of PIR duct, phenolic duct, and related HVAC ductwork products.

The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC, ductwork, insulation, construction materials, or MEP products, with good communication and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, HVAC companies, and distributors.
• Promote and sell PIR duct and phenolic duct systems and related products.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate with customers.
• Coordinate with production, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up on sales leads, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
• Visit customers and project sites when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep up to date with market conditions, competitors, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in HVAC, PIR duct, phenolic duct, insulation, ductwork, or MEP products is preferred.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of contractors, consultants, and MEP companies is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to generate new business and follow up on leads.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant technical/HVAC knowledge are preferred.
• Must Experience 3 to 5 years.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
