We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Sales Executive to join our new Pawn Shops at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

· To provide excellent customer service to our walk-in customer
· To Handle loan transactions by issuing cash loans, offering pawn receipts and retrieving items to customers.
· Assessing and determine value of customer gold jewellery items and give loans based on the objects presented by the customers.
· Communicate to customers about the legal aspects of the transactions.
· Explain to customers about the details and care of item.
· Perform sales by selling uncollected items to recover cash while adhering to the industry’s regulations
· Manage all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures.
· Make friendly reminder calls to customers on their pawned items.
· Organize and maintain inventory of items.
· Undertake pawn shop duties as assigned.
