Responsibilities
  • Be a frontline brand storyteller, using your knowledge and passion for Dr. Martens to create meaningful, memorable interactions with every customer.
  • Deliver a tailored, high-touch service experience that encourages customers to dwell, explore, and connect with the brand on a deeper level.
  • Support immersive in-store activations and product storytelling, helping to bring the brand’s heritage and innovation to life.
  • Take pride in the store’s presentation, ensuring visual merchandising and product displays reflect the elevated brand experience.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, contributing to a store environment that is inclusive, energetic, and aligned with our values.
  • Bring energy and confidence to the shop floor, using your product knowledge and instinct for customer needs to drive sales through authentic, one-to-one interactions.
