Join the Sand Dollar Dubai & Heart Cottage Lane Teams

We’re currently looking for two experienced Sales Assistants to join our retail teams in Dubai – one for Sand Dollar Dubai, with flexibility to work across our Dubai store locations, and one for Heart Cottage Lane in Nad Al Sheba.

Sand Dollar Dubai is one of the UAE’s leading luxury beachwear and resortwear destinations, offering a carefully curated selection of premium international brands alongside our own exclusive collections. Heart Cottage Lane is our beautiful lifestyle and gifting destination, bringing together a unique collection of homeware, gifts and carefully selected pieces.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand, creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer while delivering the outstanding service we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Replenish stock and assist with inventory management.
• Support promotions, new product launches and store events.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous retail sales experience is essential.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• A positive, confident and professional approach.
• Passion for retail and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays where required.
