Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; prior experience in sales support, customer service, or operations is preferred;
  • Strong attention to detail, execution ability, and sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in Excel and common office software, with strong data handling skills;
  • A strong team player with good learning ability.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Key Account Managers (KAM) with daily business support, including sales data preparation, weekly report updates, and customer information follow-up;
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of client meetings, assist with note-taking and action item follow-up;
  • Support new product launches, promotional activities, and product management tasks to ensure proper execution;
  • Assist in tracking the progress of new client development and provide timely updates;
  • Maintain communication with cross-functional teams and assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.
