JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales and providing excellent service to our customers. You’ll assist customers with selecting products, provide details on mobile devices and plans, and ensure a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

• Stay updated on the latest mobile devices, plans, and promotions from Freedom Mobile.
• Continuously refresh your product knowledge and keep up with industry trends.
• Educate customers on the benefits, features, and value of our products to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
