Follow established administrative procedures to assist sales, closings and community management 2. Gain an understanding of new home prices, home site premiums and release of home sites    3. Coordinate set up of loan applications for prospects and monitor the loan process 4. Complete monthly competitive studies 5. Maintain upkeep of Sales Center, Model homes and Production Inventory homes 6. Demonstrate homes and home sites directly to potential buyers 7. Communicate website updates and needed changes to Marketing staff 8. Attend all Community Review meetings and Homeowner Events. 9. Active involvement in community and professional organizations  10.
