JOB SUMMARY:

At St John’s Staff Hire, we provide high-quality temporary, ‘relief’ chefs to our customers in the hospitality industry.
We’re looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and to contribute directly to our company’s success.
The role would suit a ‘natural’ sales person - comfortable on the phone and who can work from their own initiative and solve problems to drive sales relentlessly and with the confidence and maturity to accept customer rejections and move forwards.

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required

Experience:

  • Telesales: 1 year (preferred)
  • customer service: 2 years (required)
  • Social media marketing: 1 year (required
Responsibilities
  • Target Client Call programs:
    o Initiate call programs to prospective clients – cold calling – to hotels and restaurants in the UK. 10 calls per day.
    o Build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone
    o Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions
    o Assist in responding to client enquiries via phone, email and messaging, promptly and professionally.
    o Follow up with leads and close sales

o Achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Social Media Responses:

o Input proactively to all key social media including Chefs in The Lake District, Jobs with Live in Accommodation UK, Lakes Sell and Seeks, Facebook, Indeed, Instagram etc. Create new posts and comments to raise our brand awareness and to draw in new customers.

  • Sales Administration:

o Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and your sales activities
o Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns

o Input to and distribute promotional activities and materials.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

o Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients and target clients via all forms of communication

o Own the answering of incoming phone calls via Ring Central and distribution onwards to relevant team members.

  • Team Support and Administration Support

o Take responsibility for accepting and rejecting member applications and pending posts on our JWLIA UK and Chef Jobs in Lake District & Cumbria

o Provide cover for responding to client and team member enquiries on messenger and email

  • Administrative Tasks:

o Ad hoc support as necessary for our rotas, IT and other business processes
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,488.00-£25,649.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
