REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for animals, health, and nutrition
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Flexibility to work some weekends and occasional travel between locations
  • A reliable, professional attitude and commitment to long-term growth
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the store manager with day-to-day operations, customer service, and team coordination
  • Provide caring and knowledgeable service to customers, with training in natural pet health provided
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
  • Receive, label, and manage inventory
  • Process transactions through our POS system
  • Contribute to store improvements, team support, and customer experience
  • Be available to work at multiple store locations when required
