THE ROLE:

Lindsay Rural is currently seeking a Sales Assistant / Storeperson to join the team at our Bundaberg branch.

A HYBRID ROLE, THE PRIMARY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Counter / store front sales and service.
• Take customer orders and payments in person or over the phone where required.
• Building relationships with customers and providing advice on products.
• Record chemicals as per Lindsay Rural procedures.
• Stock control and receiving of goods.
• Stock distribution, storing and preparing for dispatching.
• General store duties as required.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE APPLICANTS MUST:

• Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test.
• Be flexible and able to work over weekends as required.
• Able to work in and around chemical, fertilizer, nutrient and packaging.
  Experience in a rural worksite or engaging with rural clients is highly advantageous but not essential.
