We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Cranbourne North Village. As a key part of our Sales team, you’ll help build strong relationships with residents and their families, particularly those in the senior community. Your ability to connect with people from all walks of life is essential! Your day-to-day will include: Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the Sales team. You will work alongside the Sales Manager on site supporting them with: Sales administration and follow-ups Meeting and greeting customers Organising events, open weekends Providing cover as required You will be exposed to a variety of sales processes, including taking a potential resident through our Summerset sales process. About You: You are a people-focused individual who thrives on creating positive experiences for others. With excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner, you enjoy building genuine connections and helping customers find what they need. Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Sales Manager with sales administration, customer interactions, and event organization. You will also assist in guiding potential residents through the Summerset sales process.
