The Role We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Dubai office, supporting the sales team by managing and qualifying new leads generated through our CRM system (Zoho). This role is key to ensuring high-quality lead qualification, accurate CRM data, and efficient first contact with potential clients. Key Responsibilities Create and update CRM records (accounts and contacts) Verify and avoid duplicate entries in the CRM Contact new inbound leads registered in the CRM (Zoho) by phone and email Conduct initial discussions to understand client profile, needs, budget, and purchase timeline Qualify or disqualify leads based on defined sales criteria Ensure accurate data entry (country, language, contact details, client profile) Route qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executive Maintain professional and brand-aligned communication with prospects Work Location & Conditions Location: Sunreef Yachts – Dubai Office (Palm Jumeirah area) Working hours: From 9:00 AM Schedule: 5 days per week Environment: International, luxury-oriented, and sales-driven Required Skills & Profile Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory Additional languages are a strong advantage Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Structured, organised, and detail-oriented mindset Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools Interest in yachting, luxury products, or high-end services Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer qualification is a plus Why Join Sunreef Yachts Work for a world-class luxury yacht brand Be part of a growing international sales organisation Gain exposure to UHNW clients and premium markets Long-term development opportunities within the company
Responsibilities
