JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting with customer orders, resolving order-related issues, and building strong relationships with our customers. Additionally, you will support promotional activities to help promote our products and enhance the store’s overall success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers to create a positive shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in a third language is advantageous
• Basic Excel skills
• A Level qualification or equivalent education
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) (IELTS score of at least 6.5)
• Must hold a UK work permit (e.g. Youth Mobility Scheme or Graduate Visa) with at least 18 months of validity
