Tarff’s flagship country stores in Dumfries and Castle Kennedy sell a wider range of products including local foodstuffs, gifts, toys, clothing and footwear and the Dumfries branch has an in-store café.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Ringford branch. This full-time role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products, maintaining stock levels and ensuring a clean and safe retail environment. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, preferably with an agricultural background and possess a positive, can-do attitude.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with purchases, orders and collections (some lifting required).
• Maintain stock levels and ensure products are well merchandised.
• Process sales and orders using our internal systems.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Answer telephone enquiries and take sales orders.
