About the role

This position is ideal for someone who is professional, genuinely enjoys boutique retail and understands exceptional customer service is built through attention to detail, authenticity and personal connection. While this is a casual role, it offers a consistent roster and up to 30 hours per week for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering personalised customer service and styling support
• Creating a welcoming and elevated in store experience for every customer
• Maintaining the visual presentation and day to day upkeep of the boutique
• Processing sales, stock deliveries and inventory management
• Building strong product knowledge across our brands and lifestyle offerings
• Positive contribution to a collaborative and high performing team environment

About you

• Experienced in Retail - Minimum of 3 years experience in high end retail highly regarded
• Customer Focused - Friendly, confident and genuine in your interactions
• Style Aware - You have a strong eye for presentation and align with Millar and More aesthetic
• Reliable and Proactive - You are punctual, reliable and take initiative independently
• Flexible and Committed - You are available to commit to a roster of Wednesday Thursday Friday & Sunday
• Able to work within a team as well as independently.
