Tecaz are looking for a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team in Pennywell, Sunderland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying customer needs and providing solutions, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Selling both Kitchens and Bathrooms, this is a role well suited to someone confident and eager to develop their skills.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the products and services being sold.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Be able to identify customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
  • Be able to negotiate pricing and terms of sale.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
  • General Housekeeping

The successful candidate will work 5 days per week (40 hours) With a fixed shift basis, including working weekends.
Realistic OTE Earnings of £25,000 + (Based on working 5 days out of 7)
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
