Job Description A DAY IN THE LIFE Assisting mentor with their portfolio of clients Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process Supplier relationship management Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report Flight watching/overseeing flight departures Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations To assist Accounts with expenses, invoices, checks etc. Qualifications Previous experience working with High End Clients or in Luxury Product and Services - essential Strong sales and negotiating skills Enjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environment Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Hardworking and flexible Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets Additional Information WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU We strongly encourage women to apply as part of our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
