The Best Connection have been instructed on an exciting opportunity which has arisen for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our clients team based at their successful site in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time opportunity within a customer facing role in which you will be directly working with a large, diverse customer base within a retail environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Have previous experience within a customer facing role is desirable however previous experience within a customer service role within telecommunications as a minimum is essential.
  • Ability to converse with a diverse customer base seamlessly.
  • Be technology literate and have experience using social media
  • Show confidence and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Show the ability to integrate into a small team environment but also be able to make independent decisions when required.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with walk in enquiries on a regular basis.
  • Answer, field and resolve customer queries over the phone.
  • Regularly market/advertise new and existing products online.
  • Ensure that customers feel welcome and have an excellent customer experience through any communication channel.
  • Handle transactions which may be Cash or Card payments.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth daily running of the shop.
