Position: Retail Shop Assistant – The Biltong Box, Mandurah
Hours: 15 hours+ — Wednesday 12.30pm-5.30pm and Saturdays 9:30 am–3:30 pm essential; possibility of weekday shifts during school hours negotiable, also need to be available to work close to full time hours in Mid November - Mid/End December.
About the Role:
The Biltong Box in Mandurah is looking for a bright, confident, and well-presented team member to deliver a quality customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, can take initiative when things are quiet, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Your main tasks will include:

• Serving customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Hanging, rotating and displaying products after delivery
• Refilling shelves and maintaining displays
• Stock counting and general shop duties
• Keeping store clean, dusting, wiping tops down

• Strong customer service skills with a confident, welcoming personality
• Well-presented and eager to learn
• Uses initiative when the shop is quiet
• Reliable and punctual
