JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Vape Gurus.
This position will be lone working so please bare that in mind should you apply. You will however be communicating with other staff members throughout the day in regards to work via the shop mobile.
We have three stores - Aylsham - North Walsham & Sheringham , someone with their own transport or happy to travel to any of these via public transport if needed is essential as although we try to keep you local to your hometown this can not be guaranteed.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous but not essential.
• Vaping knowledge preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, including features and benefits, to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while ensuring all customer needs are met promptly.
