• Design and recommend customized holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets.
• Handle FIT (Free Independent Traveler) and FD (Fixed Departure) holiday packages.
• Provide excellent product knowledge and destination information to clients.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Holiday Consultant or in a similar travel industry role is required.
• Good product knowledge of FIT and FD holiday packages.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
