Polestar Boston is looking for a Sales Assistant / Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join their award-winning team.

Pay: $60,000-$70,000

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available to work Saturdays
• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, is preferred
• Superior customer service and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to details and works well in a process-driven environment
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Bilingual, a plus

• Prepare vehicles for delivery by conducting final inspections, ensuring all documentation is in order, and confirming the vehicle is clean, fueled, and includes all accessories
• Safely deliver vehicles to customers’ homes, offices, or designated locations
• Greet customers upon delivery, provide a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle, and answer any questions about features and functions
• Assist customers in setting up any technology or features in the vehicle (e.g., Bluetooth, navigation system)
• Address any concerns or issues customers may have during the delivery process, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, including mileage, fuel levels, and condition reports
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while delivering vehicles
• Keep customers and the management team informed of any delivery delays or changes
