Description WaterMakers Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support the Sales Manager and broader sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient day-to-day sales operations, maintaining accurate CRM and system data, and enabling the team to focus on driving revenue and strengthening customer relationships. Beyond data entry, this role will support tracking key sales metrics and help translate data into meaningful insights that inform team priorities and performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Company: WaterMakers Inc. Location: Fort Lauderdale, On-site, Full-time Exempt Department: Sales Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and sales team Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, activities, and opportunities Support tracking and reporting of key sales KPIs, ensuring CRM data is accurate and up to date, and assist in translating data into actionable insights to support sales performance and decision-making Assist with tracking sales pipeline, reporting, and account activity Support preparation of quotes, proposals, and sales documentation Coordinate communication between sales, service, and operations teams Monitor customer accounts and assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and order processing Help identify and organize upsell, cross-sell, and service opportunities within the existing customer base Assist in onboarding new accounts and maintaining customer records Support sales initiatives in a growing and evolving business environment Requirements Qualifications 2–5 years of experience supporting a sales team, preferably in a fast-paced or growing environment Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Sage, or similar) ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, or similar) Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team effectively Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required Schedule & Working Conditions Monday – Friday Full-time, onsite position based at WaterMakers
