Job Overview: As a Sales Assistant at Dingli KSA, you will support the sales team in daily operations and customer relationship management. This position demands excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining sales records. Prepare accurate quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing. Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively. Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management. Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/ ERP software. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
