About the role Work in a new generation of T2 store, featuring a Brew Bar and Blend Bar for serving tea on the go. Highly focused on experiential retail - sell the sights, smells and touch that comes with T2's unique tea and teaware. Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer. Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert. Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards. Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures. 1 full time and 2 part time positions available About you Acts with customer in mind. Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and ready to learn. Strong communication skills. Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
