As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for both new and returning customers. Your goal is to deliver a welcoming, informative, and exceptional retail experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and welcoming new vape clientele and long-time customers, providing personalized consultations to understand their vaping needs and preferences
  • Recommend products tailored to individual requirements while educating customers on features, usage, and maintenance of vaping devices
  • Demonstrate product functionality, offer tastings where applicable, and share personal vaping insights to assist in decision-making
  • Efficiently manage multiple customers at once while maintaining a high standard of service
  • Open and close the store punctually, following proper procedures
  • Answer customer questions/concerns in person and via phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, including taking orders for curbside pickup where applicable
  • Maintain the store’s appearance, atmosphere, and cleanliness to create a consistent and inviting retail environment
  • Support daily operations, including organizing inventory, receiving shipments, and practicing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) merchandising
  • Adhere to all loss prevention and safety protocols
  • Periodically conducting inventory counts and/or inventory cycle counts
  • Frequently checking for email communication while on shift to ensure all messages from the corporate team or store leadership team are accounted for
  • Utilizing in-store communication where shift overlap is not possible to ensure other team members are equally informed on in-store developments
