Responsibilities & Qualifications Consult with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, builders, and designers to assist in the purchase of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, accent furniture, and other home décor. Strong sales skills and ability to enhance product knowledge to become a subject matter expert. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities. Additional duties as required. Requirements Strong computer skills and strong multi-tasking skills. Two (2) year of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or currently pursuing preferred. EOE
