Description

WE’RE MORE THAN JUST A NURSERY GROUP. WE’RE THE UK’S MOST INNOVATIVE EARLY-YEARS EDUCATION PROVIDER, PROUDLY CERTIFIED AS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK AND RANKED THE 30TH BEST WORKPLACE IN THE UK.

At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!
Our Support Office is the engine that keeps N Family Club running smoothly – from operations and finance to people, marketing, and strategy. We’re a tight-knit, fast-paced, and mission-driven team that works together to create exceptional experiences for families and team across all our nurseries. Whether you’re a seasoned expert or early in your career, you’ll be empowered to grow, contribute ideas, and make an impact every day.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of new customers end to end, processing enquiries and turning them into N Family Club members
  • The role is predominantly call based where you will conduct telephone appointments with prospective customers – answering their questions about our nurseries, our educational programme and how we operate: fees, curriculum, policies, registration and onboarding
  • Follow up on outstanding enquiries via telephone and email in an articulate and friendly manner, and take appropriate and timely next steps to move leads down, or out of, the funnel
  • Liaise with support team and FOH / site management to ensure smooth handover to tour, and in parent transitions into the onboarding process
  • Using data to make decisions/strategize and problem solve proactively
  • Log all activity in the relevant tools and systems – especially Pipedrive
  • Work independently to deliver against individual and team targets, but flag issues and risks to managers when / as appropriate (ideally come with a solution, not just a problem!)
  • Review and reflect on own performance and proactively seek to improve knowledge and skills – product, email and telephone etiquette; learn from colleagues
  • Ensure that product and business knowledge is always up to date, and that you can articulate key points clearly and concisely to parents
  • Participate in team strategy and planning discussions
