Job Title
Sales Associate – Business Development
Position Summary
The Sales Associate will support the Business Development Department by identifying and developing sales opportunities across local and global markets. This role involves managing client relationships, driving product sales, and assisting in the integration of external defense technologies into the local market. The Sales Associate will work closely with internal departments (Engineering, R&D, and Operations) and external partners to align offerings with customer needs and national defense priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads and identify new customers within the defense sector (government, military, and contractors).
  • Present and promote the company’s UAVs, defense solutions, and integrated systems to local and international clients.
  • Support in the development of proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial packages.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on prospects and leads.
  • Assist in identifying international solutions suitable for local adoption.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment of deliverables.
  • Manage and update CRM tools with client interactions and progress reports.
  • Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in defense expos, conferences, and industry events as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to support product development and R&D alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (defense/aviation background is a plus).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and deal management.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
