QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work full-time weekdays, some Saturdays, and occasional after-hours availability as required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or sales.
  • Technical skills to manage multiple systems for site operations and learning.
Responsibilities

ROLE: SALES ASSOCIATE (FT/PT)

As a Sales Associate, you support your manager and customers at your storage location. You drive sales and make sure customers have a great experience - all while ensuring the site is safe, clean, and secure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Sales & Customer Growth – Sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Deliver Great Customer Service – Ensure every customer interaction is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
  • Support the total business – Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales and support other sites occasionally.
  • Manage Payments & Accounts – Process transactions, follow up on late payments, and keep records up to date.
  • Keep the Facility Running Smoothly – Oversee daily inspections, ensure maintenance is handled, and monitor inventory levels.
  • Prioritize Safety & Security – Enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, and be the first point of contact for after-hours incidents.
  • Stay Organized & Report – Track key metrics, report to the Site Manager, and keep records audit-ready.
