Use consultative selling techniques to help customers find the perfect vehicle by asking the right questions and actively listening. Stay current with the latest vehicle features, technology, and inventory to become a true product expert. Deliver engaging, professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business. Master objection handling and sales strategies to exceed your goals. Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to plan and review sales activities. Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team every day.
