RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE-B TURNERS Starting salary: paid weekly Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; 401k with company match; employee discount JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dependable and organized Retail Sales Associate with at least 2 years of consecutive retail experience to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to deescalate customer issues if any. Candidate most also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist customers with their purchases and provide excellent customer service * Maintain a clean and organized store environment * Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately * Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels. This includes processing freight that comes to the store. * Assist with visual merchandising and store displays * Attend and maintain dressing rooms as needed * Perform other duties as assigned by management REQUIREMENTS: * At least 2 years of consecutive retail experience preferred * Dependable and organized * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to stand for long periods * Ability to squat, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds * Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays * Ability to pass a drug test and background check We are a equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
Responsibilities
