Our B2B Store is where the ultimate magic of CellnTell comes to life, and our Sales Associates are vital to delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping experience and drives sales results.
We are currently looking to bring aboard a B2B Sales Associate who will act as a client advocate and ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied. This includes sales, payment confirmations, handling client complaints, and improving the overall customer experience. In close coordination with the Chief Sales Officer, the incumbent will develop creative marketing plans to on-board new clients.
Salary: Competitive salary plus performance-linked variable pay will be offered to the right candidate.
The detailed requirements are listed as follows:

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing existing key B2B accounts
  • Increase B2B customer portfolio through cold-calls and creative marketing means
  • Growing revenue from existing and new accounts, win backs, through upsell/cross-sell
  • Act as main point of contact for walk-in customers
  • Through constant learning, stay up to date about relevant trends and technical and marketing innovations in the industry
  • Work with the Inventory team to ensure order accuracy and timely processing and delivery
  • Analyze customer data to identify preferences and trends
  • Responsible for analyzing order placement, pricing and quantities for itemized products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist in the receiving, storage and security of inventory as and when required
  • Open the store at specified time, maintain and organize the sales floor, and ensure cleanliness
