THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building. * Two-Wheel Tech Expert: You bring heavy bike knowledge to the floor and have personal experience in the saddle, whether it’s mountain, road, or casual riding. * Versatile Outdoorsman: You’re an active participant in the lifestyle—at a minimum, you’re an avid cyclist, skier, or snowboarder who can authentically speak to the gear’s performance. * Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. * Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. * Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs. * Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred. *Candidate must be at least 18 years of age. SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION * Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week * The Shift: Evening closing shifts ( Between 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Also includes product knowledge team training every other week on a Tuesday or Wednesday from 5:15 PM - 6:45 PM. * Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). * Pay: The hourly rate posted includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.
