Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate with a proven track record in selling oil & gas and lubricant products. The ideal candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license and strong field sales experience, preferably within the petroleum or industrial lubricants sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales in the oil & gas / lubricants industry
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of lubricants, diesel, or industrial oil applications is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for oil, gas, and lubricant product lines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across commercial, industrial, and fleet sectors
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients to promote products and close sales
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, highlighting product advantages
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
