Embrace the chance to grow alongside us and play a vital role in shaping Bremont's future KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Client Development Achieve and exceed personal sales targets; support boutique-wide sales performance. Build meaningful client relationships through proactive outreach and CRM follow-up. Demonstrate expert watch knowledge and confidently guide clients through their purchase journey. Identify and convert sales opportunities including upselling and future sales appointments. Client Experience & Brand Representation Deliver a warm, informative, and tailored client experience aligned to Bremont standards. Be an on-floor expert for Bremont’s story, values, and product innovations. Participate in boutique events and activations, supporting guest engagement and follow-up sales. Operational Support Assist with stock handling, service watch intake, live chat, and client repairs. Maintain visual merchandising and boutique cleanliness to luxury standards. PERSON SPECIFICATION Luxury retail or watch environment preferred Proactive customer service and communication skills Strong watch knowledge or demonstrable passion to learn deeply. WORKING ENVIRONMENT 9-5PM 5 days per week including weekends on rotation Onsite-292 Collins Street, Melbourne Working in a team of four Probation process 4 months standard Notice period – 1 month standard INTERVIEW PROCESS Stage 1 Telephone or video introduction with Boutique Manager to discuss application, interest in role, and suitability for the role. Stage 2 Interview with Country Manager and HR via Teams. Stage 3 Informal coffee with team to assess fit.
