Responsibilities

The Sales Associate reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with the Building & Design Consultant, as a valued part of the Brighton Home Sales team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey selecting a new home design and beyond. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home
  • Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business sales and customer service objectives are achieved
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments within Brighton Homes and the NEX Building Group to ensure customers experience the difference of building their new home with Brighto

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:

  • An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for home design and living spaces
  • Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail, any service or related industry
  • The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively toward achieving individual and team goals
  • Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications with key stakeholders
  • Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday including Public Holiday
