3. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication skills: the ability to easily establish contact, listen, persuade, and negotiate at different levels.
  • Ready for field work that involves daily travel around Dubai.
  • Energetic, with a positive attitude and a desire to develop a career in PropTech.
  • Punctuality.
  • Experience conducting product presentations and demonstrations (preferably for an IT/SaaS product).
  • The ability to independently plan your workday, routes, and tasks to achieve results.
  • Results-oriented: persistent, ambitious, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for attracting real estate agents and agencies to the BrokerDeck platform and selling subscriptions to them. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who is comfortable with direct, in-person sales and is passionate about real estate and technology. The Sales Associate will be a key contributor to our growth, helping us expand our user base and establish BrokerDeck as the leading platform for real estate professionals in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sell BrokerDeck’s Corporate and Personal Subscriptions.
  • Actively seek out and attract new real estate agencies and individual brokers through various offline methods, including “door-to-door” visits to agency offices, real estate-related event visits, and project launch events.
  • Present and demonstrate the BrokerDeck platform to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demos of the BrokerDeck platform to agents and key decision-makers at real estate agencies.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our “Pro” and “Premium” subscription plans.
  • Represent BrokerDeck at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars through active networking.
  • Meet individual KPIs based on the number of sold subscriptions.
  • Gather feedback from agents to help improve the BrokerDeck platform and services.
