POSITION: PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

The Patient Experience Coordinator serves as the core of our clinic, acting as the central hub for both clients and therapists. The role’s primary purpose is to ensure seamless clinic operations through efficient administrative support to therapists and effective communication with clients. As the first point of contact, the Patient Experience Coordinator embodies the essence of our clinic culture and brand, delivering exceptional customer service with care and professionalism.

  • Sales/Upselling: 1 year
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)

Responsibilities
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to client appointments, membership enrollments.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all treatment offerings and confidently answer common client inquiries to make informed booking recommendations.
  • Strategically manage the clinic’s booking system to optimize therapists’ schedules and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of a multidisciplinary approach to their health and recommend clinic services and products accordingly.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Anticipate the needs of both clients and therapists, helping maintain a well-organized and supportive clinic environment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all clinic areas to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Create a strong, positive first impression for clients, building trust through professionalism, care, and outstanding customer service.
