POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Associate in our call center, you will be the first point of contact for potential veneer patients. Your role is to engage warm leads, educate them about our services, and guide them through the consultation booking process. This is a high-energy, target-driven position with a strong emphasis on relationship building, active listening, and persuasive communication.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales, call center, or customer service (dental or medical field experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people.
  • Basic computer and CRM skills.
