SALES ASSOCIATE– CAMBRIDGE SATCHEL, CAMBRIDGE

This is a 16 hour, part-time role for a Sales Associate at Cambridge Satchel for our flagship store located at 2 St Marys Passage, Cambridge.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and providing our broad clientele with the perfect customer experience. You will also support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store, working together to meet targets.
Working 16 hours per week on a rota system including weekends and Bank Holidays

Main Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of the business
  • Ensure high levels of security are always maintained
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual standards in-store
  • Identify and understand current and future customer needs
  • Support the management team in daily store operations
  • Uphold and maintain the reputation of the Cambridge Satchel brand
  • Bring enthusiasm, energy, and confidence to every task
  • Maximise sales, achieve targets, and contribute to increasing profits
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new lines, and promotions to assist customers effectively
  • Perform daily leather goods repairs, embossing, and product care
  • Support the London Management team by assisting at other locations as needed
