SALES ASSOCIATE– CAMBRIDGE SATCHEL, NEW BOND STREET, BATH

This is a 22-hour, part-time role for a Sales Associate at Cambridge Satchel for the opening of a brand-new store on New Bond Street, Bath, due to open May 2025.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service and providing our broad clientele with the perfect customer experience. You will also support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store, working together to meet targets.
Working 22 hours per week on a rota system including weekends and Bank Holidays

Main Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across all areas of the business
  • Ensure high levels of security are always maintained
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual standards in-store
  • Identify and understand current and future customer needs
  • Support the management team in daily store operations
  • Uphold and maintain the reputation of the Cambridge Satchel brand
  • Bring enthusiasm, energy, and confidence to every task
  • Maximise sales, achieve targets, and contribute to increasing profits
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new lines, and promotions to assist customers effectively
  • Perform daily leather goods repairs, embossing, and product care
  • Support the London Management team by assisting at other locations as needed
