QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Proficiency with technology sales is a plus, along with familiarity with POS systems.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies as needed.
• Provide excellent after-sales support, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
