Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and consult with appropriate products
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked
- Use time management skills to prioritise tasks and ensure efficient operations
- Upsell products and services to maximise sales opportunities
Experience:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Organisational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and inventory management with HQ
Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekdays, with opportunities in the weekends if this works better for you
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not a necessity
