We’re a plant-powered natural hair brand for curly hair and sensitive scalps. Our Westfield kiosk is a busy, upbeat spot where great product knowledge meets friendly service. We’re looking for enthusiastic, trustworthy Sales Associates to join the team and help customers discover haircare that works.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for natural hair and curly hair products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence, empathy, and an outgoing personality
• Grit and determination to excel in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions
• Fluent in English
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide outstanding service
• Bilingual capabilities are advantageous
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  Expected hours: 37 per week

THE ROLE

Are you passionate about natural and curly hair products? Do you enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right routine? As a That Good Hair Sales Associate you’ll drive sales through friendly advice, product demos and thoughtful upselling. You’ll work as part of a small team to keep the kiosk looking great and the customers leaving happy.

DUTIES

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Recommend products based on customer requirements
• Upsell products to increase sales revenue
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor
• Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
