POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will represent our suite of professional services, including immigration, recruitment, education, and business consulting, while building meaningful relationships with clients and driving sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Familiarity with immigration, recruitment, or education services is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services, including immigration planning, recruitment solutions, or education counseling.
  • Provide detailed information about our offerings, including settlement services, career coaching, and business consulting solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new client opportunities and fostering repeat business.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company services and stay updated on immigration policies, educational opportunities, and market trends.
  • Handle inquiries professionally and guide clients through the consultation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
