Description Clarke Power Services, an intense and exciting company, is looking for a Sales Associate to join our creative sales and operations team. Our sales program encourages hard-working, goal-oriented, and creative individuals with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should plan to participate in many levels of sales, operations, and overall business management driving customer service, sales KPI's and overall revenue growth. The candidate should expect to launch their career at Clarke by learning many facets of the transportation and fleet management business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities B2B Outside Sales Customer prospecting, profiling, and lead generation Research market trends and understand pricing with the ability to close deals with a consultive selling approach Skills building on how we go to market with product offerings and solutions-based selling Process documentation and sales negotiation Understanding the basics of P&L sheets Team collaboration with sales and operations Utilization of Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) and how to properly use it Collaborate with our Marketing department EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS Six months Sales experience or a recent college graduate Experience with MS Office suite, and ability to learn CRM tools, specifically, Dynamics 365, break down data, and communicate this to the team Applicants should possess strong intra-personal skills, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a competitive team player by nature. Open to promotional relocation for a sales role within the Clarke Power Services footprint. This is not a remote position and may require travel by car or by aircraft and overnight stays in hotels based on training career path. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the last 3 years. No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI). Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. PHYSICAL and SAFETY REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate may be required to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs. with or without assistance.
