The Sales Associate will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers as well as offer customers a complete and personalized service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in customer service
• Computer skills

• Advise the customer by answering questions about the products to help them make the best decision and retain them
• Be aware of the products in store
• Apply effective sales techniques
• Make sure that the store is well maintained
• Use the computer tools available to do research purposes
• Manage billing and finalize customer service
