As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our wide range of vaping products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in retail or a similar environment.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and store operations.
  • A friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers positively.
