The Steele Creek Opportunity This Sales Associate role supports the launch of Club Pilates Steele Creek and is remote until early summer, when the studio opens. You’ll help build momentum before opening day—connecting with leads, booking intros, and creating excitement—then transition into the studio to convert that energy into long-term members. This is a sales role with ownership, not a front desk position. What You’ll Own Execute the full sales process: lead follow-up → conversation → close Build relationships with prospective members and guide them to the right membership Book and confirm Intro classes and appointments Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail Maintain strong personal sales performance and conversion metrics Represent the Club Pilates brand with professionalism and enthusiasm Support current members with best-in-class customer service Participate in community events, promotions, and pre-opening efforts Use ClubReady and other systems to track activity and results Continuously improve selling skills through coaching and feedback Who Thrives in This Role You enjoy selling and closing, not just chatting You’re motivated by goals, numbers, and commissions You’re confident on the phone, via text, and in person You take ownership of outcomes and follow up relentlessly Fitness experience is helpful—but strong sales instincts matter more You’re comfortable working independently during the remote phase Requirements Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to hit and exceed targets Comfortable with outbound follow-up and objection handling Ability to learn and use CRM/studio software (e.g., ClubReady) Professional communication in all settings Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (once studio opens) Compensation & Perks Competitive base pay Uncapped commission on sales Performance-based bonuses Remote work until early summer Complimentary or discounted studio membership Growth opportunities into senior sales and management roles Be part of an exciting studio launch from Day One Bottom Line If you’re looking for: A sales role with real earning potential The flexibility of remote work (temporarily) A chance to help launch a brand-new studio Clear expectations, coaching, and upside We’d love to meet you.
